Hi, I’m Kirsten, the photographer behind Sees the Day Photography.
I’m based in the Lakeland region and proudly serve Bonnyville, Cold Lake, St. Paul, and surrounding communities. Photography has always been about more than images for me. It’s about people, connection, and preserving moments that matter most.
As a proud Indigenous-owned business, I’m passionate about creating a welcoming and comfortable experience for every client who steps in front of my camera. My goal is always to make you feel relaxed, seen, and confident, so your photos reflect who you truly are.
I am an accredited photographer of Canada and an award-winning photographer. My work has been recognized both locally and provincially, including having an image displayed at the Edmonton International Airport, as well as multiple images selected for the Professional Photographers of Canada travelling Alberta exhibition. These achievements reflect my commitment to quality, consistency, and storytelling in every session I take on.
My style is natural, timeless, and genuine. I focus on real moments rather than forced poses, because the most meaningful images are often the ones that feel effortless and honest.
